Classic Cheeseburg Plate

Hints
Burger Patties. About 1/4 lb each. Press thin before cooking. Use white American cheese. 
Sauce. Cook and Serve per instructions on package. KEEP REFRIGERATED. Note use-by date. 

Assembling the Plate
  1.  Fill your 1/2 your plate with the mac and the other 1/2 with homefries. Maybe some chilled baked beans too? 
  2. Add the cheeseburgers with mustard right on top (**or hot dogs, eggs, Italian sausage, grilled cheese…) 
  3. Ladle ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE over the whole plate to your liking
  4. Top with chopped onion
  5. Finish with Tabasco, ketchup and a couple slices of Italian bread.
