Burger Patties. About 1/4 lb each. Press thin before cooking. Use white American cheese.Sauce. Cook and Serve per instructions on package. KEEP REFRIGERATED. Note use-by date.
Assembling the Plate
- Fill your 1/2 your plate with the mac and the other 1/2 with homefries. Maybe some chilled baked beans too?
- Add the cheeseburgers with mustard right on top (**or hot dogs, eggs, Italian sausage, grilled cheese…)
- Ladle ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE over the whole plate to your liking
- Top with chopped onion
- Finish with Tabasco, ketchup and a couple slices of Italian bread.
