Dos Gustos Tacos

Ingredients

1 cup ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE, heat per package instructions
1 White Hot, grilled
1 cup Jimmy’s Naked Homefries
½ cup Jimmy’s Mac Salad
½ cup baked beans, chilled
¼ lb ground beef
1 slice white American cheese
2 large flour tortillas
4 tablespoons chopped white onion
Tabasco Sauce, mustard, ketchup

 

Directions

Mix 2 tablespoons of
ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE into the ground beef, form into a patty and pan fry on medium-high heat. When cooked through, melt the American cheese over the patty.  Grill the white hot until it turns dark brown and ruptures.  Wrap the tortillas in a paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds. For the cheesburg taco, fill a tortilla with half of the potatoes and the mac salad.  Cut up the cheesburg patty into small bite-sized pieces and add to the taco. Top with ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE, onions and condiments to taste.  For white hot taco, fill a tortilla with half of the potatoes and the beans.  Add your white hot and top with Rochester Plate Sauce, onions and condiments to taste.  Hint:  Adjust the amount of your ingredients to fit the size of your tortillas.
