2 cups dry elbow macaroni
1 teaspoon vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE12 ounces Velveeta
1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 dash Tabasco, or more to taste
Cook macaroni per package in large saucepan and drain. Return to pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir constantly over low heat until thoroughly combined and Velveeta is melted. Yields four one-cup servings.
