Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

2 cups dry elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons ROCHESTER PLATE SAUCE
12 ounces Velveeta
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla ice cream
1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 dash Tabasco, or more to taste

 

Directions

Cook macaroni per package in large saucepan and drain.  Return to pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir constantly over low heat until thoroughly combined and Velveeta is melted. Yields four one-cup servings.
